How are my orders sent?

All orders are sent recorded delivery and proof of postage will always be provided.

How long will my order take? Can you rush an order through?

All orders are handmade and made to order, we allow 5 working days to complete your order. Yes in most case if you drop us a message we will always try our upmost best to rush any last minute orders through…..WE HATE TO DISAPOINT.

Can I have a refund? T-shirt replacements?

we have never had any complaints that would need a refund, We would refund if your order was delayed or lost in the post.

As long as your order hasn’t been personalised we are more than happy to replace shirts if wrong sizes have been ordered. We do how ever ask that you pay for the postage back to us and we will be more than happy to replace your order.

I really want a shirt you don’t sell, can you make my own design?

100% Yes, We love a challenge and we are yet to find a design of shirt we cant make…WE WELCOME THE CHALLENGE.

Can you add a name to any shirt?

Yes we can, we normally use the Disney font for adding names to shirts, How ever we wouldn’t be able to replace shirts if they have been personalised.
